We are having our second outing on September 29-30 this year. However, it will now be combined with team building activities. Since all the HR duties were recently turned over to me, making me the only HR Assistant in the company, I'm a little nervous to prepare everything: from looking for a venue, to arranging the bus transportation, and planning the games for the event.
So far, these are the choices we have as venue for our weekend getaway:
1. Chateau Royale Grand Resort - referred by Morris. He says the resort is nice and everything. Knowing Morris, I'm sure he's not lying about this.
2. Grande Island Resort - a sales representative came over this afternoon to present the company to us. The resort looks nice, although i've been hearing comments that they have very poor service, dirty pools, etc. What do you think?
3. Punta Fuego - our CEO's first choice. However, we still need to contact a member of the beach club so we can have our company outing there.
I'm hoping (and praying) someone will help us out in deciding what will be the best venue for our company event. =)

grande island - nung magpunta ako dun, bago pa lang. the beach is nice. clear ang water tapos mejo white sand. yung pool nga mejo madumi pero maganda yung mga cottages. maganda sa grande. :)
punta fuego - haven't been there pero mukhang maganda. pag dun kayo natuloy, sama ko! hahaha!
eh kasi i've been hearing na hindi daw maganda yung place, dami daw dumi etc.. alam mo naman si boss.. gusto niya hotel type ang place.. hehe
di kami pwede punta fuego, dapat daw at most 15 employees lang pwede. sadness :(
