At last, outing is over. :)
Next in line: Bowling Tournament on November 23, plus Christmas party on December 21.
For the bowling tournament, I have to:
- think of a theme for this year's event
- make sure everybody can make it on November 23
- tally the scores last bowling tournament to find out who will be our team captains this year
- make sure we pay Skybowl 50% by November 9
- do the tally sheet and bowling sheet thingie
- order food in advance
My Christmas Party tasks:
- downpayment should be made by December 7
- coordinate with Research department regarding this year's theme
- look for caterers and have them approved asap
- buy prizes and materials
On top of these, I also have to:
- look for 6 more software engineers
- contact software engineer applicants; have them take the tests and interviews
- finalize attendance report
- summarize hired and resigned employees for this year
- coordinate with Norman regarding our corporate giveaways for Christmas
- hire a receptionist, so i can go back to my area
